Jeongyin represents the element that generates your Day Master with opposite polarity. If your DM is Gap (Yang Wood), Gye (Yin Water) is your Jeongyin. This is the most nurturing Ten God — it represents mother, mentors, formal education, certifications, and traditional wisdom. Jeongyin people are naturally studious, patient, and conventional. They gain strength through learning, credentials, and established systems. For weak Day Masters, Jeongyin is extremely beneficial as it directly strengthens the DM. Excess Jeongyin can create over-dependence on support systems and difficulty with independence.

Jeongyin represents your support system — education, mentors, and nurturing relationships. If prominent, you thrive through learning and traditional pathways.
