Delete Your TriAstra Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your TriAstra account is from inside the app:
- Open the TriAstra app on your iOS or Android device.
- Sign in if prompted.
- Go to the Profile tab, then tap Settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
- Confirm by typing
DELETEin the confirmation dialog.
Delete From the Web
If you cannot use the app (lost device, uninstalled, account locked), you can delete your account here using the same Google identity you signed up with.
- Sign in with the Google account tied to your TriAstra profile.
- Type
DELETEin the confirmation field. - Press Permanently delete my account.

Signed up with Apple or Magic Link? The web flow only works for Google-linked accounts — please use the in-app deletion above, or contact support@triastra.ai.
What Happens When You Delete
When you submit a deletion request, your account enters a 14-day deletion process:
- Immediately: your account is suspended — you cannot sign in or use the Service. Your Astra AI conversation history is permanently erased.
- Within 14 days: you may cancel by signing in again — the app will offer a "Cancel deletion" option and restore your account.
- After 14 days: your account and all personal data are permanently removed from our active systems.
- Within 90 days: any residual copies in encrypted backups are permanently overwritten through normal backup rotation.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account credentials (Google / Apple Sign-In identifiers, email address, display name)
- All astrological profiles you created (date, time, place of birth)
- All generated charts, fortunes, compatibility reports
- Astra AI conversation history
- App preferences and settings
- Push-notification tokens (FCM/APNs)
- Analytics identifiers tied to your account (PostHog)
Data That May Be Retained
Some data is retained after deletion where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest:
- Transaction records for tax, accounting, and audit purposes — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law. These records do not contain your birth data.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be re-identified to you may be retained indefinitely.
- Encrypted backups are rotated; deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently overwritten.
- Crash logs and error traces (Sentry) that do not contain personal identifiers are retained per Sentry's retention policy.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your TriAstra account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Apple, Google, or Paddle. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription directly with the store that processed the original purchase:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Web (Paddle): Use the management link in your purchase confirmation email, or contact support@triastra.ai
